Our team thoroughly investigates and carries out all possible steps to clean the infection and close security gaps. Note: a complete fix cannot always be guaranteed.
Additional Work
If the issue is more extensive, we'll inform you and issue a separate invoice before continuing. You will always be kept in the loop and informed of any updates.

Hosting Eligibility & Access Requirements
- If hosted with Sowfihost, raise a ticket directly from your account.
- If hosted elsewhere, create a Sowfihost account for follow-up and payment, then provide full access (WordPress admin, cPanel/hosting panel, FTP/SFTP).
- Delays in providing access may slow down the process.
- Cleanup may take up to 72 hours.
Pricing
- Every request carries a minimum service charge of $25.
- There are no free assessments or fixes for hack/malware issues.
- Additional payments may be required based on the severity and scope of the infection.
No Guarantee of Complete Fix
Malware and hacks can be unpredictable. While we apply industry best practices, we cannot guarantee 100% removal or that your site will be restored to its exact previous state. You will be advised honestly on what can and cannot be done.
Nulled or Cracked Themes/Plugins
If we suspect you have used a nulled or cracked theme or plugin, we may request the original purchase invoice. We will verify the purchase with the provider before proceeding with the fixing process.
Customer Responsibility
You must provide all necessary access details (WordPress admin, hosting panel, FTP/SFTP) securely and promptly. Delays in providing access may affect service time.
Backups
We strongly recommend you maintain your own off-site backups. Sowfihost is not responsible for any data loss during the cleanup process.
