Refund Policy

1. Money-Back Guarantee Scope

SowfiHost offers a 30-day money-back guarantee exclusively for Web Hosting services.

No other services are eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

The 30-day period begins from the service activation date, not the order date.

This guarantee applies only to the first Web Hosting service purchased by a customer.

2. Cancellation & Refund Request Requirements

To be eligible for a refund:

• A cancellation request must be submitted via the Client Portal at https://www.sowfihost.com/
• The request must be submitted at least 24 hours before the end of the 30-day period
• The customer must select whether suspension occurs immediately or at the end of the billing cycle

Failure to submit a cancellation request within the required timeframe automatically voids refund eligibility.

3. Account Suspension & Data Deletion

Once a cancellation request is submitted:

• The service will be suspended immediately or at the end of the billing cycle, as selected by the customer
• After cancellation is processed, the account - including all files, databases, emails, and backups - will be permanently deleted
• No data recovery is possible after deletion

SowfiHost assumes no responsibility for data loss resulting from suspension or termination. Customers are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups.

4. Refund Eligibility Conditions

A refund will be issued only if all the following conditions are met:

• The request is made within 30 days of first payment
• The refund request is based on server-side or SowfiHost support-related issues only
• The account has not violated the Terms of Service or any related policies
• The service is a recurring Web Hosting plan
• The request relates to the first hosting service purchased

Failure to meet any of the above conditions results in automatic denial of the refund.

5. Non-Refundable Items (Strict)

The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Domain name registrations, renewals, transfers, or redemptions
• VPS, Dedicated Servers, or any non-Web Hosting services
• Set-up fees, migration fees, or external service charges
• One-time services or add-ons
• Renewals, upgrades, or additional purchases beyond the first service
• Account credits, promotional credits, or goodwill credits
• Taxes, payment gateway fees, or processing charges

6. Free Domain Name Deductions

If a hosting plan includes a free domain name and the hosting service is cancelled within the first year:

• A non-refundable domain registration fee will be deducted from the refund
• Applicable taxes and payment gateway fees will also be deducted
• The remaining amount (if any) will be refunded

Newly registered domains:

• Cannot be transferred to another registrar within the first 60 days
• Remain subject to registry rules regardless of refund status

7. Additional Services & Store Credit

Refunds apply only to the first Web Hosting service

Any additional services purchased after the initial service are not refundable

At SowfiHost's sole discretion, refunds for additional services may be issued as store credit only

Store credits:

• Are non-refundable
• Are non-transferable
• Expire two (2) years after the last hosting service is cancelled
• Unused credits are forfeited without compensation.

8. Abuse, Fraud & Chargebacks

Refund eligibility is immediately void if any of the following are detected:

• Abuse, spam, or prohibited activity
• Fraudulent payments or misuse of services
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal attempts without contacting SowfiHost first

SowfiHost reserves the right to deny refunds and permanently terminate accounts involved in abuse or fraud.

9. Refund Method & Processing

Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method

Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and are outside SowfiHost's control

SowfiHost does not guarantee refund timelines once payment is released

10. Final Authority

SowfiHost reserves the sole and absolute right to approve or deny any refund request.

All decisions made by SowfiHost regarding refunds are final and binding.
